Message	sold plummett... what is the point of a 300+ horsepower car if u can only use it up to the speed limit. you might as well just make the car be able to detect the speed zone it is in and electronically limit the car to that speed. also how would be able to determine if you were passing someone. the law states u can exceed the speed limit briefing in order to pass someone, of course this has to be reasonable like less than 10 mph over the limit.
